Bekaa Valley

Bekaa Valley, hidden between Lebanon’s two mountain ranges, is a region of remarkable beauty and historical significance. Known for its fertile soil and favourable climate, the Bekaa Valley has been a prominent agricultural heartland for thousands of years. The valley’s vineyards produce much of Lebanon’s famed wines, with several wineries, like Chateau Ksara and Chateau Musar, offering tastings and tours.

The Bekaa Valley is also home to the remarkable Roman ruins of Baalbek. This UNESCO World Heritage Site features some of the best-preserved Roman temples in the world, including the temples of Bacchus and Jupiter.
